The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Stonegate Residences, an independent living community for veterans and seniors. Content on the Site is offered in good faith but may change without notice and should not be relied on as a guarantee of availability, pricing, eligibility, or any specific outcome.

Browsing the Site does not create any housing, tenancy, contractual, or service relationship with Stonegate Residences. Submitting an application or contact inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or that housing will be available in any particular community, county, or timeframe. All applications are reviewed by our team, and qualified applicants will be contacted regarding next steps.

Stonegate Residences is an independent living community. We do not provide assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, medical care, clinical supervision, or personal care services. Nothing on the Site should be read as an offer of, or referral to, any level of medical or clinical care.

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through the application form, contact form, or any other channel. Misrepresentation may result in an application being denied or a placement being withdrawn.
